往診／訪問診療
通院困難になった方へは定期的に訪問診療を、急な状態変化の方へは往診にて対応いたします。
胃カメラ
上部消化管内視鏡検査にてスクリーニングを行います。下部消化管大腸ファイバーに関しては、連携医療機関へ紹介しております。
かかりつけ医
地域の皆様のかかりつけ医として対応できるよう日々努めて参ります。
（時間外対応加算・地域包括診療加算を算定しております。日医かかりつけ医機能研修制度に参加しております。）
Features of our clinic

We treat mainly internal diseases. We strive to prevent the onset of diseases by managing risk factors for adult diseases such as high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and hyperuricemia.

Screening is performed by upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. For lower gastrointestinal examinations, we will refer you to an appointment for examination, taking into consideration your age and illness.

We work in cooperation with Gifu public Hospital, Gifu Heart Center, Nagara Medical Center, and other hospitals and clinics to strive for early diagnosis and treatment.

We provide home visits for patients who find it difficult to visit the hospital, and house calls for patients with sudden changes in their condition.
