Care worker in his 20s

I joined Kyuseikai because I wanted to learn more about nursing care as my parents became older. I have worked in a group home for six years and at Miura Geriatric Health for over ten years.
There was a support system in place to help me obtain qualifications and study training, which helped me improve myself.
To make it easier for me to return to work after taking time off due to surgery, hospitalization, or illness, they adjusted my working hours and regular duties until I recovered.
It is difficult to remember how to deal with each and every resident, but with support from not only care staff but also people from a variety of professions, I think this is a workplace where you can really feel that you are supporting each and every resident.
